Welcome to 2024 Player Transfer Request Form

Player Transfer Request Form Deadline: January 31 2024 for girls and February 15 2024 for boys

 

Please note:

  • Transfers can only be made if space is available. 
  • Provide 2 different options for your child.
  • Your child MUST be registered for spring league before we consider your request.

This is a Transfer REQUEST form. Completion of this form does not guarantee the transfer will be granted.

If space is not available for either option, your child will remain with their current team.
